India, Aug. 13 -- Tablespace Technologies Ltd, a managed workspace solutions provider, has leased around 5.06 lakh sq ft of office space in Hyderabad. The five-year lease entails a total rental outgo of approximately Rs.163.3 crore, according to property data from Propstack.

The fresh lease, which commenced on July 1, 2026, covers multiple floors across the two towers. Tablespace will pay a monthly rent of around Rs.2.84 crore, translating into a total rental outgo of approximately Rs.163.3 crore over the five-year lease term.

In Tower 5, the company has leased three floors and in tower 6 it has leased 8 floors, the documents showed.
