India, March 11 -- The Supreme Court of India on Wednesday allowed passive euthanasia for 31-year-old Harish Rana who has been in vegetative state for almost 12 years now. Rana suffered serious head injuries after falling from fourth floor of a building in 2013 and has been on artificial life support since then.
