Jaipur, Jan. 16 -- Operation Sindoor emerged as a balanced military response amidst the uncertainties prevailing worldwide, defence minister Rajnath Singh said while addressing a gathering on the occasion of 78th Indian Army Day celebrations in Jaipur on Thursday. The operation will be remembered in history as a symbol of India's courage, strength, restraint & national character, Singh said.
