Agra, April 17 -- A 55-year-old dismissed police constable has been arrested for burning alive a beggar to stage his own death in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras district, police said on Thursday. According to police, the incident took place on March 12 at the Hathras Road halt of the railways, where the body of an unidentified beggar was found under the tin shed of the station.
