Shreyas set to be named T20I skipper on Saturday
Mumbai, June 5 -- Shreyas Iyer, who led Punjab Kings in the recently concluded Indian Premier League, is set to replace Suryakumar Yadav as India's new T20I captain, while Tilak Varma would be his deputy, people in the know in the BCCI said.
The official announcement will be made on Saturday when the India squads for the T20I series against Ireland, England, as well as the Asian Games is picked by the Ajit Agarkar-led BCCI selection committee.
