New Delhi, Oct. 17 -- The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear on October 26 an application seeking registration of an FIR against Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi over the alleged pushing and injuring of a pregnant woman journalist during an Opposition march to the court premises on October 12. Chief Justice of India Surya Kant said the application would be heard alongside other petitions concerning the protests. The application, filed by advocate Digant Mishra and others, referred to an incident involving Richa Parashar, a journalist with news website OneIndia.
