India, Oct. 6 -- The Supreme Court will on Tuesday hear an application by homebuyers of Lotus Greens Sports City in Gautam Budh Nagar seeking directions to the builder to comply with the requirement of providing 70% of the project area for sports and recreational facilities, as promised when they invested in the project.

A bench of justices MM Sundresh and PB Varale will hear the application filed by the residents of the Sector 150, Noida project, who are seeking to intervene in proceedings initiated by Lotus Green Constructions Pvt Ltd challenging an Allahabad High Court order directing a CBI probe into alleged irregularities by the company and its associates.
