New Delhi, Oct. 17 -- The Supreme Court on Friday stayed the trial in the Twisha Sharma death case on a plea by her father to transfer the proceedings from Bhopal to Delhi. In his plea, the father argued that there would not be a fair trial in Madhya Pradesh due to the influence wielded by the accused mother-in-law, a former judge in the state.P8
