New Delhi, July 14 -- The Supreme Court on Monday directed to form a three-member special investigation team (SIT) in two days to probe the allegations of murder against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Madhya Pradesh MLA Arvind Pateriya involving the driver of the rival Congress candidate in the 2023 state assembly elections. A bench headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant passed the order on a petition filed by Rajiya Ali, the wife of deceased driver Salman Khan, who was killed in the run up to the 2023 assembly polls in the state.
