Ahmedabad, Sept. 21 -- A 54-year-old man absconding for 24 years in a murder case registered in Rajasthan's Pali district was arrested by the Ahmedabad Crime Branch (ACB), police said on Sunday. The accused, identified as Dineshbhai Amthabhai Arjanbhai Desai, a native of Ucharpi village in Kankrej taluka of Banaskantha district in Gujarat, was wanted in connection with a case registered in 2002 at Sadri police station under various sections including 302 (murder), 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 308 (attempt to commit culpable homicide) of the Indian Penal Code.
