India, July 3 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday will launch the country's first greenfield integrated refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Pachpadra in Rajasthan's Balotra district on Saturday.

The prime minister will also virtually lay the foundation stone for the Rs.13,037.66crore Jaipur Metro Phase-II project.

The refinery-cum-petrochemical complex, developed by HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL), is one of the country's largest energy infrastructure projects.

Built at a total investment of Rs.79,459 crore, the project is a joint venture between HPCL, which holds a 74 per cent stake, and the Rajasthan government with a 26 per cent stake.
