India, Aug. 21 -- PepsiCo India Capability Center LLP has leased 91,314 sq ft of office space in Hyderabad for nearly Rs.53 lakh per month, with the total rent estimated at around Rs.35 crore over the five-year lease period, according to documents accessed by Propstack.

The fresh lease, which commenced on March 13, 2026, covers the sixth and seventh floors of Laxmi Infobahn Tower 4 in Kokapet, Hyderabad, and has been signed with landlord GAR & Son Builders LLP. The company will pay a monthly rent of Rs.52.96 lakh, at a rate of Rs.58 per sq ft per month, the documents showed.

The lease agreement provides for a 5% annual escalation in rent, while PepsiCo has paid a security deposit of Rs.4.76 crore, the documents showed.
