India, Aug. 13 -- Parents have alleged that men are riding motorcycles inside the municipal corporation-run skating rink in Sarabha Nagar while children practise there. They have also claimed that repeated complaints to the civic body have failed to elicit any action.

A purported video showing motorcycles being ridden inside the skating rink, opposite Sacred Heart Convent School, has also surfaced. Parents said the presence of bikes inside the facility, where children train regularly, could put them at risk of being hit or injured.
