New Delhi, March 6 -- Major Opposition parties on Thursday slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), accusing it of hatching a conspiracy as Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar filed his nominations for the Rajya Sabha, four months after securing a sweeping victory in the state assembly polls in partnership with the BJP.
