New Delhi, May 3 -- Opposition parties have begun mobilising observers and leaders to states where assembly elections recently concluded, with 24 hours left before vote-counting starts on Monday. The Congress has suggested its observers to reach states where elections have recently concluded, and accordingly, former Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel is reaching Assam. "I have plans to go to Thiruvananthapuram at the earliest," former Union minister Sachin Pilot told HT. Similarly, in Tamil Nadu and West Bengal, the party is likely to depute the general secretary in charge of the states.
