NEW DELHI, Aug. 21 -- A transgender person and their male associate were arrested for allegedly stabbing a 22-year-old man to death at his residence in east Delhi's Kalyanpuri on Thursday afternoon, after his relative allegedly made offensive comments about them when they asked the victim for money after the birth of his child, police said. The deceased, Jay Singh alias Ganju, was stabbed and was declared dead on arrival at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, DCP (east) Rajeev Kumar said. The accused were identified as Sonu and Muskan. "The argument over escalated, and Jay's relative slapped Muskan," said an officer, adding that Sonu retaliated by stabbing Singh.htc
