India, June 4 -- Delhi is likely to see light rainfall on Thursday along with thunderstorms, and winds of 40-50 kmph as the maximum temperature will hover between 37degC and 39degC. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a yellow alert for the day.

At Safdarjung, the city's representative weather station, the minimum temperature was recorded at 29.7degC on Thursday, which is 2.8degC above normal and 2.3degC higher than the previous day.

Similarly, other weather stations also recorded a rise in minimum temperatures.

Palam is likely to witness a minimum temperature of 27.6degC, which is 0.4degC above normal and 1.8degC higher than Wednesday. At Lodhi Road, the minimum temperature is expected to be 28.4degC, which is 1.4degC abo...
