Karnataka BJP MLA's daughter booked for slapping woman police sub-inspector after spat over skipping temple queue
India, Aug. 14 -- Karnataka BJP MLA B Suresh Gowda's daughter has been booked for allegedly abusing and slapping a woman police sub-inspector at a temple in Mandya.
According to police officials, the incident took place on August 12 at the Maramma Temple in Ukkada during Bhima Amavasya celebrations, news agency PTI reported.
The daughter of Tumakuru Rural MLA KN Rajanna Gowda, who is married to an Assistant Commissioner of Police, has been booked following a complaint by a woman police sub-inspector over an alleged altercation at a temple.
