Bengaluru, June 23 -- Amid a political row over National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (undergraduate) 2026 candidates reportedly facing difficulties to reach their exam centres for the retest, Karnataka Congress president BK Hariprasad on Monday expressed regret and said he would constitute a three-member committee to meet the affected students and "compensate" them. This comes a day after Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Tejasvi Surya targeted the Congress in the state for holding a mega rally in Bengaluru on Sunday, the day of the NEET-UG retest.
