New Delhi, Sept. 20 -- The Delhi high court has directed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to initiate the process of issuing a Red Corner Notice through Interpol to trace a man facing suo motu contempt proceedings over alleged scandalous allegations against the judiciary. A bench of justices Navin Chawla and Ravinder Dudeja passed the direction on September 18 while hearing the contempt proceedings against the man - Adeeshwar Singhal. "We direct the CBI to issue a Red Corner Notice through INTERPOL against the respondent for securing his presence in compliance of our orders, including the non-bailable warrants," the court directed.
