Lucknow, June 23 -- The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court on Monday refused to accord an out-of-turn hearing on a plea seeking an inquiry into the alleged irregularities in the management of offerings at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, adding that it will hear the matter on June 24. The public interest litigation (PIL), seeking a CBI inquiry and a CAG audit, was filed on June 12. However, the petitioner's lawyer said that he will request the court for an early hearing on Wednesday. Mohit Ashok, the petitioner, alleged financial irregularities in the handling of donations and sought judicial intervention to ensure transparency and accountability.
