India, Sept. 23 -- The Ghaziabad parliamentarian Atul Garg and local MLA on Tuesday laid the foundation stone for construction of a foot-over-bridge (FOB) at Vijay Nagar which will connect to the other side over the National Highway (NH) - 9, and the Delhi Meerut Expressway (DME), facilitating pedestrian movement.

On the occasion, Garg said the FOB will be built by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in one year at a cost of about Rs.13 crore.
