New Delhi, May 4 -- A fire broke out inside a house in North Delhi's Chawri Bazar on Sunday night with no casualties or injuries reported, a Delhi Fire Services official said.
The fire spread to adjacent buildings, and five fire tenders were pressed into service.
"A call about the incident was received at 9.07pm. We found that the house is in a congested locality. There's a warehouse next to the building and a food store. The fire has engulfed adjacent buildings," said the official, adding that the fire extinguishing operation was underway.
