Chandigarh, Sept. 15 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) accused the Punjab government of indulging in "Rajnitik Dharam" instead of "Rajdharam" by failing to act on its letter to the DGP alleging corruption at the top level. "The government did not perform its Rajdharam, instead it indulged in Rajnitik Dharam," senior advocate and additional solicitor general Satya Pal Jain said while concluding arguments before the court on a petition seeking transfer of the probe into the letter to the Central Bureau of Investigation. High court reserved its order on the maintainability of the petition, filed by Saraf.
