New Delhi, Aug. 14 -- Outer Delhi Warriors secured a five-wicket victory over West Delhi Lions in the Delhi Premier League at the Arun Jaitley Stadium. Batting first, West Delhi Lions were bowled out for 178 in 19.4 overs. Shivam Sharma was the pick of the Warriors' bowlers, returning figures of 3/25 in his four overs. The Lions slipped to 119/7 before captain Ayush Doseja and Ajay Rana staged a recovery with a crucial 39-run stand for the eighth wicket. Doseja top-scored with 59, while Rana scored a brisk 27 off 16 balls. Nitish Rana had earlier played an aggressive 35 off 17 balls to help West Delhi Lions reach a competitive total.
