India, Sept. 3 -- The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) is yet to fathom and unravel the factors responsible for its defeat in the Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections in April-May 2026. A high-level executive committee meeting held last week, chaired by the party president and former chief minister MK Stalin, announced a major revamp of the party organization at all levels, with the aim of infusing new blood and drawing younger generation into the party and organizational structure.
