India, May 19 -- Amid deteriorating air quality in the National Capital Region (NCR), the Sub-Committee on GRAP has decided to enforce Stage-I measures under the existing Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) with immediate effect to prevent further decline in AQI levels.
