New Delhi, Sept. 24 -- The Delhi high court on Wednesday rejected the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) petition challenging the bail granted to former National Stock Exchange (NSE) managing director and CEO Chitra Ramakrishna Chitra Ramkrishna in the alleged NSE phone tapping case. "The petition is dismissed," a bench of justice Madhu Jain said. A detailed copy of the order is awaited. The case relates to alleged illegal interceptions of phone calls of NSE employees between 2009 and 2017.
