India, April 25 -- Chef Vikas Khanna has been named in TIME magazine's coveted list of the 100 most influential people in the world, marking a major milestone in his global culinary journey. The celebrated chef attended the gala in New York on April 23, looking absolutely dashing in an all-black ensemble.
