Rather, the main point is not to fear all calories or exclude any specific product from the diet. Instead, focus on building healthy habits: eating more natural foods than processed ones, eating a variety of meals, using less added salt and sugar, replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats, and including fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains in your diet....
