New Delhi, May 15 -- Delhi lieutenant governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu has directed universities and higher education institutions under the government to align academic research and student engagement with key urban challenges, including air pollution, traffic congestion, water scarcity and public health, officials said on Thursday.
