India, Oct. 3 -- A major theme at the 24th CREDAI NATCON is the builders' push to change the definition of affordable housing, with the real estate developers' body arguing that the current Rs.45 lakh price cap, fixed in 2019, has become outdated and 'currently not relevant' amid rising land, construction, approval and tax costs.
