India, Aug. 13 -- An earthquake measuring 5.5 magnitude on Richter scale jolted Ladakh's Leh early morning on Thursday, August 13. No damages have been reported so far.

The National Center for Seismology said the earthquake struck at 6:05 am at a depth of 10km.

The epicenter of the earthquake is yet not known.
