India, Aug. 14 -- A 29-year-old woman allegedly died by suicide after jumping from a flyover near Britania Chowk in west Delhi's Punjabi Bagh on Thursday. No suicide note has been recovered, police said.

Police said a PCR call regarding the incident was received at Punjabi Bagh police station, following which a team reached the spot. With the help of locals, the woman was taken to Acharya Shree Bhikshu Hospital in Moti Nagar.

"The woman was admitted in an injured condition and was unable to speak. The team identified her as a resident of Shakurpur and informed her family," said a senior police officer.

Police said the woman got married in 2019 and had two children. Her husband works with a private company as a medical representative. ...
