MEERUT, July 25 -- At least two men were killed and two others reported missing after an explosion ripped through a fireworks factory in Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur district on Friday, said police, adding that rescue operations were underway. The deceased were identified as labourers Deepraj (23) and Sandeep (25), both from Indore in Madhya Pradesh. Witnesses said around 24 people were inside the factory in Naya Gaon when the blast took place at around 5pm. Police said the factory owner, a resident of Ghaziabad, had left for Saharanpur after receiving information about the incident and was being questioned.
