New Delhi, May 25 -- A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking action against the satirical online collective "Cockroach Janata Party (CJP)" and people involved with it for allegedly commercially exploiting the top court's observations in a recent case. The plea said the formation of the outfit and trademark appropriation for the name CJP amounts to "selective extraction" and "sensational dissemination" of the top court's May 15 observation. P11
