India, March 5 -- Happy Raj, the upcoming Tamil film starring actor-composer GV Prakash in the lead role, is set for March outing, with the makers announcing the release date.

Composer-turned-actor GV Prakash Kumar had announced a new film titled Happy Raj a while back. The makers on Thursday announced the release date of the film. Happy Raj will release on March 27 in theatres first. The announcement poster featured GV Prakash Kumar at the centre, clad in a t-shirt and lungi, whole he is on an escalator sporting a jovial look.
