Kathmandu, June 18 -- Subash Tamang moved to the top of the leader board after the third round of the Surya Nepal Premier Golf Championship, the final event under Surya Nepal Golf Tour 2025-26, at the par-72 Gokarna Golf Club on Thursday.

Tamang, who plays in the DP World PGTI Tour in India, carded a bogey-free 7-under 65 for a 54-hole total score of 15-under 201.

Tamang took the turn at 4-under 32 with birdies on the first, third, fifth and ninth holes. He then added three more birdies on the 11th, 12th and 17th holes for 3-under 33 on the back nine. He is one stroke ahead of former leader Bhuvan Nagarkoti, who carded 1-under 71 in the third round for a total score of 14-under 202.
