Kathmandu, June 27 -- The Cricket Association of Nepal announced a 15-member squad that will be travelling to the Netherlands for the ICC CWC League-2 tri-series next month.

The Dutch are hosting Namibia alongside Nepal in the 20th tri-series of the League2 cycle. This is the same combination of teams that were part of the first of the 24 tri-series in the 2024-26 cycle that Nepal hosted in February 2024.

Nepal had started their League-2 cycle with one win, against the Netherlands, in four games.

Even now, Nepal are struggling to finish as one of the top four teams. They are currently fifth, seven points behind fourth-placed Oman and 19 points behind first-placed USA, the only team to have secured a spot at the 2027 World Cup's Global ...
