Kathmandu, April 18 -- Arjun Kulung Rai has continued his dominance in the 100 miler at the Manjushree Trail Race (MTR) after winning the sixth edition on Friday. It was his fourth time winning the 100 miler at the MTR.

Around 60 runners, including Arjun, the defending champion, were present at the starting line of the 100 miler when the race kicked off in Pataleban at 6am on Friday.

The MTR 100-mile race course is one of the toughest routes in the country. It runs around the Kathmandu Valley, along its rim and through the forests with a cut-off time of 52 hours. It means the runners keep running even in the dark.
