India, June 15 -- The biggest barrier to enterprise AI execution is no longer model capability alone. It is trust. Once AI begins to act inside live workflows, the questions become harder and more consequential. What did the system do? Why did it do it? Can the action be explained, audited, reversed, and governed? And are humans becoming too willing to trust polished machine output without adequate scrutiny?
