India, July 10 -- The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has approved the Uttar Pradesh Startup Policy 2026, introducing enhanced financial incentives, expanded support for deep-tech startups, and stronger backing for incubators as the state seeks to accelerate innovation-led economic growth.

Approved during the Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the new policy aims to strengthen the state's startup ecosystem by improving access to funding, research support, incubation infrastructure, and commercialisation opportunities.
