India, Aug. 11 -- Siemens Digital Industries Software announced Simple Energy, an Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has expanded its adoption of Siemens' cloud-based software solutions to support advanced product engineering and digital transformation as the company scales its EV portfolio.

Simple Energy is using an expanded set of solutions from the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, including Teamcenter X software for product lifecycle management (PLM) and Designcenter X software for advanced vehicle engineering.

The company is also leveraging Teamcenter X advanced product configurator capabilities to manage complex vehicle variants and enterprise level bills of materials (BOMs). This integrated digital environment enables Simple ...
