India, Oct. 7 -- ServiceNow has launched AI Workflow Factory and Autonomous Engineer in India, as enterprises move from experimenting with artificial intelligence to deploying AI across business processes and legacy systems.

Announced at ServiceNow World Forum Mumbai, the new capabilities are designed to create a continuous workflow improvement cycle, combining process mining, AI-led development and workflow execution. ServiceNow said the approach is intended to help enterprises identify where AI can improve operations, build the required workflows and deploy them under a common governance framework.
