India, Feb. 18 -- Odisha Speaker, Surama Padhy had invited Government Chief Whip Saroj Pradhan to present the motion of thanks.

During his presentation, Pradhan highlighted that the Governor's speech prioritised public welfare, providing a detailed overview of Odisha's comprehensive development and the empowerment of all sections of society. He described the address as a guiding and inspirational document for all members of the august house.
