India, Sept. 17 -- Nexperia and Tata Electronics announced a strategic partnership spanning semiconductor wafer manufacturing, assembly and test, technology collaboration, and innovation.

The partnership establishes a framework for long-term cooperation across multiple stages of the semiconductor value chain, and supports the growth ambitions of both companies, while contributing to the development of a globally competitive semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem in India.
