India, Oct. 25 -- Meta has raised its 2026 capital expenditure forecast to USD 135-145 billion, from USD 130-145 billion, as it expands infrastructure for AI and its core business.

The company reported third-quarter revenue of USD 64.60 billion, up 26% year-on-year, and said AI improvements were boosting advertising revenue through stronger engagement, better recommendations, and more efficient monetisation.

While AI is already helping its established apps generate more revenue, Meta said newer AI investments would take longer to deliver returns.
