India, June 13 -- LTM has launched AI 1000, a workforce transformation initiative aimed at developing more than 1,000 artificial intelligence (AI)-certified engineers, including forward deployed engineers (FDEs).

Anchored by a dedicated Centre of Excellence (CoE), the programme will prepare engineers to help enterprises adopt, deploy, and scale AI initiatives.

Rather than focusing only on technical certification, AI 1000 is designed to combine AI expertise, domain knowledge, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

The forward deployed engineer is emerging as an important role as enterprises move AI projects from experimentation into production.
