India, July 10 -- In an aggressive push to position Jharkhand as India's next premier destination for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and data infrastructure, Smt. Pooja Singhal, IAS, Secretary, Department of Information Technology & e-Governance, Government of Jharkhand, unveiled a highly structured, time-bound investment roadmap.

Speaking at a focused tech-stakeholder roundtable in New Delhi convened at the National Stakeholders Consultation (NSC) 2026 Singhal bypassed traditional bureaucratic pitches to offer industry leaders a concrete, four-month fast-track policy mechanism backed by ready infrastructure.
