India, Aug. 3 -- HCLTech has completed its acquisition of Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (HPE) Telco Solutions business, expanding its engineering and network modernisation capabilities for communications service providers (CSPs).

The transaction, first announced in December 2025, follows HCLTech's acquisition and subsequent integration of HPE's Communications Technology Group (CTG) business in 2024.

The latest acquisition comes as telecom operators increase investments in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven network transformation, next-generation infrastructure, and autonomous operations.
